Today, the Museum of Contemporary Art Jacksonville offers free monthly workshops for families of the ASD community to enjoy as well as free spring and summer art camps. From 2008 to 2015, Art Aviators was implemented in Duval County schools, and the curriculum was also adopted by the Coral Springs Museum of Art in South Florida. Since its inception in 2017, Art Aviators has served hundreds of children throughout the region. Art-making activities enable children with ASD to foster new means of self-expression and communication.
